What is the distance from the center of the output shaft to the bottom of the mounting plate?

A: It is 3.50" from the center of the shaft to the bottom of the mounting plate.

In your magazine it has this motor listed as 208-230/460v but on the website it’s listed as only 230-460v. Will this run off 208v?

A: There appears to have been a data update that occurred after our latest catalog was printed. According to NEMA standards, a 230 volt motor must tolerate operation at up to 10% below the nameplate voltage; in the case of 230 volt this is 207 volts. If, under operation, the voltage actually reaching the motor is between 208-230 volts the motor should be fine. If the voltage reaching the motor is less than that it will not work correctly, will overheat, and damage the motor. If there is any question about what your system will supply the motor with, ask you local electricity provider to clarify what type of system you have, and an electrician can state with more certainty what motor could be used.

Hi, will this motor work with Gear reducer 13-325-50-H-56C?

A: Yes, this motor will mate with the 56C face mount receptacle on the gearbox.

What does the speed rating 2:1 mean?

A: That is meant to be taken as defining that: The motor will have constant torque in the range from 60 Hz (1800 rpm) to 30 Hz (900 rpm), with the torque varying outside that range. The mechanical limitations of the construction state the motor should not be operated above 5400 rpm in any case, while the operating range for use can be up to 1.5 to 2 times the nameplate rpm. (2700-3600 rpm)

Is this face mount? Will this work with gear reducer 13-262-30-L-56C?

A: This is a face mount motor, and it will work with that gearbox.
