New, SPAL USA model VA101-AP70/VLL-36S fan. Plastic housing and blower wheel. Very long life, waterproof motor. Pusher design draws air over motor toward fan blades for discharge.

How many RPM's? Is there a means to control the RPM's using a device that will not damage the motor? (Problems caused by low voltage or amps)

A: There is no RPM specified on the unit. The manufacturer may have information on their website. To our knowledge, speed control is not an option.

Would you know if these fans are very noisy or quiet?

A: They move quite a bit of air, so there is wind noise but the motor doesn't make much noise by itself.
