What is the approximate torque and maximum rpm at which this actuator can run?

A: We do not have any information specifying those values. This was an OEM piece and no information was provided to us when purchased.

Where can I find a CAD Model/ 2D Drawing of the actuator?

A: This was an OEM product for an unknown auto manufacturer. We have no CAD models or drawings for them.

Does the unit have travel stops? In other words does it stop at the end of its travel automatically?

A: This item has no clutch or limit switches to make it stop at the end of the stroke.

Can you forward me the manufacturers name for the linear actuator # F680N (It. # 5-1762-R) I need a bit more information on it. Thank you. John

A: We have no information about the manufacturer, unfortunately.

so who makes this actuator, what car was made for, where can I get this pigtail connector?

A: We have none of that information.

what kind of switches would you recommend for 2.25" STROKE RH12 VDC LINEAR ACTUATOR F680N item number: 5-1762-R OR at least send me a WIRING DIAGRAM of this actuator please. Thanks, George

A: This actuator only has two tabs in an OEM specific electrical connector female body. If you reverse polarity to the tabs, the motor reverses. Item 11-3334-A would be a pre-wired polarity reversing switch that would control this motor.

Is this unit exterior rated, if not what do you offer with a travel from 3'' to 5''?

A: This unit was intended for automotive seat adjustment, and is not rated for exterior use. Items 5-1845-4, 5-1577-4, 5-1679-4 and 5-1680-4 have performed well in outdoor applications.

Do you guys sell batteries for item number: 5-1762-R?

A: We do not have any batteries.

What type of electrical connector does this use?

A: It appears to be some form of OEM connector. 1/4" female spades should slip on the tabs, taking care to insulate them from unwanted contact.

Hi. Can this model be enlarged to have a stroke of 4"? Thanks

A: We don't have anything longer. You could make a different threaded rod assembly that was longer and replace the one currently in the product.

what is the rate of force of push pull on this actuator 5-1762-R

A: Sorry we don't have a specification for the force. Being used for automotive seats there would be some reasonable force to move a seat with a passenger in it.
