The main description indicates this is a 12 VDC meter but the spec description states "Operates on 12 VDC up to 80 VDC". If the meter is connected to equipment with a 24 VDC system, will the accuracy of the hour logging be affected? In other words will the meter speed increase over what it would turn for 12 VDC and therefore read more operating hours than actual? Thanks.
A: This hourmeter will operate correctly when provided between 12-80 VDC. No fluctuation in timekeeping due to voltage variance is expected.

Item Number 1-2506: Can this be used on small engines, like a Honda GX 160?
A: As long as there is a 12VDC current to operate it, yes.

do you have a shock absorber mounting for your hour meter?
