What is the pressure rating on this piece as well as the 90 degree version? Also, why does it appear brass in the picture even though the actual item is potmetal?
A: The lowest pressure rating on this fitting is 8000 psi burst / 2000 psi working. The material used is steel, not pot metal. The yellowish color is indicative of a hexvalent chrome coating, which was very popular a few years ago for anodized coating, but has been largely replaced by the trivalent chromium process.
