Unused, old inventory. Welded hydraulic cylinder with internal gland retainer. Stamped with "GB 14263-A 99583 C-8971-001". Both ports in block at base end of cylinder. Two SUN HYDRAULICS model CBCG-LJN adjustable counter-balance valves with pilot ratio 4.5:1, rated to 15 GPM, pre-set to 3900 PSI.
7/16" barrel tubing thickness.
