Unused old inventory. Double acting hydraulic cylinder. Cylinder has cracked wiper, cylinder does not hold pressure, cylinder piston seals leak badly. Cylinder has pilot operated flow control. Super Hydraulic (FT Dodge Iowa) numbers on cylinder 12677574.
