Where does the power supply negative line connect to the motor?

A: The Negative is case grounded to the motor. Typically the connection to the battery is made from a ring lug secured by one of the mounting bolts on the base of the pump head.

How do you adjust relief to higher presure

A: Locate the shift coil. On the opposite side of the endhead, there will be a large hex castle nut. Remove the castle nut. There will be a large screw adjustable in or out with a flat head screwdriver. Install a gauge in the pressure line. Deadhead the unit and screw the relief in until the unit's max pressure is reached while reading the gauge (keeping the limited run time of the motor in mind-take cooling breaks if needed). Replace the castle nut.

What is the duty cycle? If operated at a lower pressure/volume, could that be extended?

A: At full rated load, the motor is rated 24 seconds on/276 seconds off in 5 minutes. Customers have reported at lower pressures run times of up to a minute can be achieved, but we have no data to support the longevity of the motors in those cases.

What do I need to buy to make this unit into a double acting system?

A: The only way would be to purchase an external control valve and plump the output flow into it, and the return line back into the plugged reservoir port. Any other modifications to the endhead would require sending it to the manufacturer.

Does this unit come in a 24 volt configuration?

A: No it does not
