is the pulley removable on this and if so how
A: The pulley is held on the tapered pump shaft with a washer and retaining screw. Those must be removed and the pulley can be worked loose from the taper.

what horsepower is required to drive this pump and at 2800 rpm how many gpm can i expect
A: At 2800 rpm this pump will push about 15 gpm. At the max pressure, it will consume about 41 Hp at that flow.

Any specific hydraulic fluid? Also you should add a comment to the person asking about RPM. I'm assuming the 3000 limit applies only when pump in engaged. The clutch can turn faster when disengaged, correct?
A: We have no information regarding any specific hydraulic fluid. The rpm limitations do refer to the pump when engaged.

It says 3000 rpm max, but the engine on a truck turns at 6000 rpm. Does the clutch slip and not let the pump turn 6000, instead it stays at 3000?
A: You would have to make sure the correct pulley sizes are used to that the maximum pump rpm is 3000. It should not be driven at over this speed.

A: There is no specific application on these pumps. As long as you have room and a serpentine belt it will work.
