Can this pump be reversed to a CW rotation?

A: No the rotation of this pump can't be reversed.

do you have a pulley for this pump? item 9-4886

A: We do not, no.

whats the outside diameter of the large ring the base gasket sits against when mounting? I hope I worded that correctly

A: The pilot ring diameter is 3-1/4", with a height of 1/4". These adhere to the NFPA mounting standards for an SAE A 2-bolt mount.

what is the bolt mount pattern dimension ? center of hole to center of hole?

A: The bolt circle for this mount (SAE A two bolt) is 4-3/16".

how is rotation viewed I know its stated ccw but I don't know if looking from the rear of the pump looking forward just wonderiing

A: We call out rotation as facing into the shaft.

will this pump work for Johnson #10 loader for garden tractor?or do you know of one better? thanks.

A: We have no information about what would work or replace any equipment on that unit.

Hello. Do you know the amount of suction lift this pump is capable of and if it was drawing fluid from an oil pan 2.5-3 foot below it, Would it be necessary to use a 1 way check valve to prevent this pump from loosing it's prime, etc? Which check valve would you recommend? Can this pump be operated with a pressure relief valve thats set at only 250 psi without harming it? If this pump isn't suitable for these conditions, do you have another pump that would work better? Thank you.

A: Our items 2-1185 or 2-1186 are more than capable of that kind of lift, and are made for transferring oil. As long as it's not hot oil above 140 degrees it could work. They don't develop over 18 psi. Otherwise, while this pump could lift that high, it's not what it was designed to do, and would lead to cavitation damage and overall lifespan reduction in time. A check valve would be needed to keep prime. The only check valves I have that would work are items 20-1659-50 or 20-1659-75. It could be operated at 250 psi with no issues.

Can it be side loaded - is there a front bearing? Thanks

A: This pump is specially designed for use with an electric clutch. Maximum side load 2" from the mounting face is 300 lbs.

Will the tapered spindle fit a Deutz tractor with the Deutz engine ?

A: Sorry there is no application information available on this item.
