I have a 25 hp diesel engine and I need a pump that will deliver 3000 psi and 12-15 gpm at 2600 rpm. At 2600 rpm it produces 33.5 foot pounds of force.
A: 15 gpm @ 3000 psi will require 41 hp from an industrial gasoline or diesel engine to produce those values continuously. With 25 Hp, you can expect to develop 9 gpm @3000 psi without killing the engine.
