3/4 NPT DOUBLE RELIEF VALVE
Brand new PRINCE DRV-2HH. Cushion valve or double relief valve. Use to stop or minimize surge, shock and overload in hydraulic circuits. Install between control valve and motor or cylinder. Bypasses to opposite side to prevent cavitation.

Will this cushion valve limit pressure to the cylinder or motor when used in either direction?

A: Yes

I would like to use this on a S185 Bobcat skid steer that is operating a snow plow from a pickup truck. Currently the skid steer system flow is too fast for the cylinders and moves the plow too fast / jerky. I just want to slow down the movement. Will this work in that application?

A: This will not slow down any flow, but only provides relief for either set of lines when pressurized. Inline flow controls such as item #9-7961-8 may be more appropriate.

I am using this to prevent hammering on a skid steer application for a mower deck run by a hydraulic motor. Is this the only part I need between the skid steer and the motor?

Can you run the hydraulic motor both forward and reverse with this valve.

A: No. This is only a double relief valve for protecting both work lines from pressure over the desired setting. You need a directional control valve.
