Is the 1/4" key provided with the hub? If yes, what are the dimensions? Thanks.
A: No.
The key is not provided.

What is the outside dimension of the bore?
A: The tapered hub measures 1.625" o.d. at the pulley attachment side of the flange, and 1.570" at the narrow end.

what is the bolt pattern on the keyed h bushing is it a 4x4 pattern and what size bolts does it use
A: H-bushing utilize a four-bolt pattern on a 2" circle. Two of the holes are threaded, and two are not. For mounting, the bolts pass through the un-threaded pair and screw into the threaded holes in the pulley to compress the bushing into the tapered bore. For removal, the same bolts are removed and then screwed into the threaded pair in the bushing until they butt against the pulley hub. Then they can be tightened progressively and equally, 'walking' the hub loose. The bolts used are 1/4"-20 thread; 3/4" long.

What type of metal is this made from?
A: The manufacturer does not list the grade of steel used, but they are machinable if necessary.

I am planning to use this bushing along with the 6.25 dia pulley I presently have a stamped steel setup on a 60" mower deck ...What is the RPM and horsepower limit for the cast iron bushing and pulley
A: The rim speed will not exceed the rated limits when operated at 3950 rpm or below. We do not have maximum HP rating from the manufacturer.

Is this a 1/4" x 1/8" keyway?
A: Yes the keyway is 1/4" wide x 1/8" deep.

2 questions: How big is the keyway? Could this be clamped to the shaft with a 1 5/8" split shaft collar?
A: The keyway as it affects the hub is 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep. A 1.625" single split shaft collar does go over the portion of the hub that is typically inserted into the pulley/sprocket, but because the hub is tapered on the outside, it does not engage correctly far enough out to provide much clamping action. It would be better to use a 1.5" shaft collar and have it machined to the correct taper.

What keeps the hub from sliding up or down the shaft upon which it is mounted? If it is just a taper to the shaft hole how could I make it more secure? I ask because my project requires it to be bolted to a 26 inch diameter spinning saw blade. What is the center to center distance between the threaded and non-threaded bolt holes?
A: These hubs are only for use in a pulley with the tapered bore hub. Due to the taper they grip the shaft very securely, much tighter than a simple keyed hub pulley would. Both sets of bolt holes are 2" center/center.
