New, Carlisle lug tread tire on steel rim. Not for Highway Service. Steel rim has centered hub with crosshole on each side for left or right hand use. Tire mounted with valve stem on outside with traction lugs going forward for right side use. Left side use would have tire stem on inside unless tire is remounted.
