2.5 HP TREADMILL MOTOR
Icon Health and Fitness model# F-286339 permanent magnet motor with brushes. Built for use in treadmills, ideal for use with speed controller (sold separately). Would also make an excellent DC generator. Rated for 2.5 HP treadmill duty or 2.5 HP (1865 W) continuous duty. Internal, normally closed bimetallic switch signals thermal overload.

Motor housing diameter measures 115mm (4.527"). Removable, heavy (6.0 lb.) steel flywheel mounted onto motor shaft by means of keyway and retention screw. Flywheel measures 162mm (6.378") dia. x 30mm thick. Flywheel has 31mm O.D. ten-groove pulley for serpentine belt.
