2.65 HP TREADMILL MOTOR
New, Icon Health and Fitness model# F-175667 permanent magnet motor with brushes. Built for use in treadmills, ideal for use with speed controller (sold separately). Would also make an excellent DC generator. Rated for 2.65 HP (1977W) treadmill duty or 1.5 HP (1119W) continuous duty. Internal, normally closed bimetallic switch signals thermal overload.

Requires external source of air-flow over motor for prolonged use. Pivot mount measures 4-1/8" long overall with 3-7/8" between flanges. Bracket has two 3/8" holes. Motor is reversible. Left-hand threaded end of shaft requires clockwise rotation.
