5" x 1-1/2" SWIVEL PLATE CASTER w/BRAKE AND SWIVEL LOCK
New swivel plate caster with wheel brake and swivel lock. Rubber tire on steel wheel. Plated steel caster yoke, swivel plate and hub covers.
