International OrdersThe Surplus Center welcomes international orders. When you place an order online from outside the United States, Canada, or the Virgin Islands, we will contact you via email to make shipping and payment arrangements. We accept Wire Transfers for international orders.
If you are purchasing for shipment outside of the United States,
you are responsible for all Custom / Duty fees associated with this order.

Shipping & Delivery Information Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery. If an item is out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay.All items, unless otherwise noted, are priced F.O.B. Lincoln.
We normally ship by:
UPS: Items up to 150 lbs. can be sent using Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day service. (3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day are guaranteed services.)
3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day orders must be entered before 2:00 p.m. (CST) Monday - Friday in order to be shipped that same day. Adverse weather conditions void the guarantee and could result in a change to the scheduled delivery date.
Priority Mail: Items up to 70 lbs. will be delivered in 2-3 days to most U.S. addresses. USPS Priority Mail orders entered before 1:00 p.m. (CST) Monday - Friday will ship the same day.
Truck Freight: We use Fedex Freight Co. to ship items that weigh more than 150 lbs. or are too large to ship using UPS. A residential delivery fee will apply to shipments made to residential or rural areas.
Drop Ship: Drop-ship products are not stocked at Surplus Center. These products will ship directly from the manufacturer to the specified ship-to address. Product availability is subject to stock on hand at the manufacturer. Nearly all of our drop-ship products are stock items and are typically available at the manufacturer. Call us to check availability if you intend to use an expedited shipping method for a drop-ship product. Products drop-shipped from the manufacturer are not returnable.
International Orders: Ship using UPS International, DB Schenker, USPS Air Mail Parcel Post or USPS Global Express Mail. If you are purchasing for shipment outside of the United States, you are responsible for all Custom / Duty fees associated with this order.

What We Sell?Our surplus products are usually a one time purchase at prices that provide a great value. Quantities are limited to what we have on hand. In addition to our surplus items, we also stock products from major manufacturers.
We describe our products as follows:
New - Excess inventory that is new and unused. Quantities of surplus items are limited; once we sell out we cannot order more.
New Take-Offs - Items removed from unused equipment.
Unused Old Inventory - Older inventory that may have cosmetic imperfections.
Removed From Service - Used products in good working condition.
Brand New - New products we buy directly from the manufacturer and keep in stock.
Warranty InformationProducts we regularly stock that are purchased directly from the manufacturer are covered by that manufacturers warranty.
We warrant all other products, only to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of shipment.
Because we have no assurance of the purposes for which any of the items herein will or may be used, no warranty is given as to the fitness of the item for any particular purpose. You have the responsibility for determining the suitability of items herein for your particular use. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
NOTE! Warranties do not cover bent hydraulic cylinder shafts.We shall, at our option, repair or replace any items deemed by us to be defective under this warranty. Items returned by the purchaser for warranty adjustment must be handled as stated in our return policy. Proof of, and date of purchase will be required.
Remedies under this warranty shall be limited to the original purchase price of the claimed defective item. (Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages, thus, some of the limitations or exclusions referred to above may not apply to you.)
In no event shall we be liable for any damages, or warrant any of our products which are made defective as a result of damage in shipment, user's abuse, neglect or improper operation.

Returning MerchandiseIf you receive a product from us and are not satisfied or the item is not suitable for your application, you can return it within 30 Days, as long as the item has not been installed or modified and it is in the original manufacturers condition.
A refund will be issued for the cost of the item only.
All returns must be shipped back PREPAID with all original parts, manuals and accessories.
We do not accept COD shipments.
If a product is defective within the warranty period please contact us immediately so we may assist you.
All returns
must have a Return Authorization number written on the box.
