adopted by Burden Sales Company (“we” or “us”) and provides you information
about what type of information is gathered and tracked on the Surplus Center
website (the “Site”), how the information is used, how we may use the
information, how we protect the information, and with whom the information is
shared. This Policy may be updated periodically and
without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our information practices. We will post a prominent notice
on the Site to notify you of any significant changes to this Policy and
indicate when the Policy was most recently updated. We encourage you to review
this Policy regularly.

In connection with your activities
with us and on the Site, we may collect certain personal information from you,
including, but not limited to:
·
Payment
or financial account information;
·
Contact
and billing information (including name, email address, postal address, and
phone number);
·
Date
of birth;
·

data; and
·
Other
personal information you provide to us on the Site or when you interact with us
in other ways online and/or offline.
In addition to the above, we or
companies acting on our behalf may collect certain computer and browser
information through automated technologies such as cookies and web beacons when
you visit the Site. The information collected using these tools may include,
but is not limited to, your IP address, browser characteristics, operating
system, the address of the web page that referred you to the Site, dates and
times of Site visits, the language your system uses, and the country and time
zone in which your device is located. These automated technologies may also
permit the collection of “clickstream data”, which may include a log of content
you access while browsing a website.
Companies acting on our behalf
may combine the information collected from your visit to our Site with other
information they have previously collected. Your web browser may tell you how
to be notified when you receive certain types of cookies and how to restrict,
reject, or disable certain cookies.
We do not seek nor will we
knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
We use Google Analytics’ 3rd-party audience data such as age, gender and
interests to better understanding the behavior of our customers and work with
companies that collect information about your online activities to provide
advertising targeted to suit your interests and preferences. For example, you
may see certain ads on the Site or other websites because we contract with
Google and other similar companies to target our ads based on information we or
they have collected, including information that was collected through automated
means. These companies also use automated technologies to collect information
when you click on our ads, which helps track and manage the effectiveness of
our marketing efforts.
You may opt out of the automated collection of
information by third-party ad networks for the purpose of delivering
advertisements tailored to your interests, by visiting the consumer opt-out
page for the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and edit or opt-out your Google
Display Network ads’ preferences at http://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
Because those opt-out and preference control pages are specific to the
individual browser used to visit it, and because that page is not operated by
us, we are unable to perform the opt-outs on your behalf.

disclose your personal information for their own or any others’ marketing
