Brand new WILLIAMS MACHINE and TOOL CO. model 40-6-15QT powerpack. Hardened, chromed and ground steel spool valves. Reservoir made from 11 ga. steel, equipped with breather cap on fill port. Integral 4 way spring-centered control valve for double-acting cylinders.
